Mount Martha Life Saving Club is focussed on providing opportunity for Seniors athletes to achieve their best in fun and supportive club environment. Training sessions are offered in all facets of lifesaving competition. Building on the 21/22 program with fantastic engagement at training sessions culminating in great success at State and National titles, MMLSC is looking to create more opportunities in 22/23 particularly with team events. MMLSC has developed and recruited coaches to lead this exciting development. Seniors lifesaving training and competition is open for athletes from youth 13/14 years.

This season the training offered commences with pool and run sessions in August. Booking is essential via Team App for members.
The season will commence in mid-October with sessions targeting specific areas of interest as well as general Seniors training on Thursday evenings from 6pm, including post training social events.
